Application Process
Applying with Sierra Pacific Properties is easy. Simply download our rental application or they are provided to you in the
brochure packet if you have already visited one of our offices. Fill in the
necessary information, visit our office and provide the following:
- Completed application for each applicant over 18 years of age.
- $30 application fee (cash, check, money order or cashier’s check) to
accompany each application.
- $250 holding deposit (personal check, money order or cashier’s check).
- An original government issued photo ID.
- An original Social Security card or Federal Tax ID card.
- Originals of your 2 most recent pay stubs or, if self-employed, your last
two year’s tax returns.
Leasing Details
- Deposit: $500 on approved credit
- Lease Terms: 6 or 12 months general terms (call for other options)
- Application fee: $30
- Pet policy:
- Cats and dogs (up to 20lbs) – up to 2 total
- $500 additional deposit per pet
